CNR launches digital single‑counter project to streamline retiree services

The Caisse nationale des retraites unveiled its ‘Takaoudi All in One’ digital single‑counter system on Thursday, aiming to cut agency visits for retirees and beneficiaries.

The initiative was announced at a national meeting of local agency communication officers on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, and will be rolled out across every local CNR office with a unified visual identity.

Director Hafid Adrar, CNR’s DG, said the project will improve service quality and give users greater autonomy, adding, "The digital single counter will combine digital services with human support, ensuring easy access and full benefit".

CNR already offers more than 19 electronic services and plans to introduce additional digital tools in the fourth quarter of 2026, encouraging users to become familiar with online options such as career tracking and retirement preparation (CIS).

The agency urges retirees and their families to explore the new platform, which is designed to simplify interactions while maintaining personal assistance where needed.
