An air strike on the Khan Younis refugee camp killed four Palestinians, including a 7‑year‑old girl, on Monday, the latest casualty count in the Gaza conflict.

The same day a drone strike hit the Remal neighbourhood west of Gaza City, killing one man and wounding several others, according to Al‑Shifa Hospital, which said the drone hit a tent housing displaced people.

Palestinian Civil Defence spokesman Mahmoud Basal said the combined Zionist ground and air operations resulted in 11 deaths and about 50 injuries across Gaza in the previous 24 hours.

More than a dozen additional people were reported wounded in the simultaneous ground and air attacks that swept the enclave on Monday.

The death toll and injury figures are expected to rise as health officials continue to assess the damage from the strikes.
