MC Alger secured a vital 1-0 victory against US Biskra on Tuesday, extending their unbeaten run in Ligue 1. The decisive strike came in the 56th minute when Konaté Siriman finished the move, assisted by Jordanian international Ali Azayezah.

The result lifts MC Alger to 10 points, moving them up to sixth place in the standings despite being three matches behind the leaders. Conversely, US Biskra remains at the bottom of the table with just 2 points, struggling to find form this season.

Off the pitch, the club faces significant changes as Tunisian coach Khaled Ben Yahia has resigned from his position. His departure is scheduled to be officialized in the coming days, marking a pivotal moment for the Algiers side as they navigate the rest of the campaign.

With the coaching vacancy looming, MC Alger will need to stabilize quickly to maintain their upward trajectory. The upcoming fixtures will test their resilience as they look to consolidate their position in the upper half of the Ligue 1 table.
