Sonelgaz Renewable Energy has issued an amendment to its national open tender for feasibility studies of two 100 MW wind farms in Ouargla and Djelfa wilayas, with the bid deadline set for 25 November 2026.

The tender, amended on 20 October 2026, remains in the preparatory study phase and will precede any construction work. Only national companies that have completed at least two similar feasibility studies of 20 MW or more are eligible to participate.

Interested firms may submit proposals for either one share or both shares. All documents – commercial register, tax ID, authorisation if required, and a company information card – must be filed electronically with Sonelgaz, alongside simultaneous technical and financial proposals and an original bank guarantee exceeding one percent of the total bid per share.

Envelopes will be opened publicly at Sonelgaz headquarters on the same day as the deadline, 10:00 AM on 25 November. Successful bids will be bound for 180 days and the projects will be executed under EPC contracts covering engineering, civil works, equipment supply, transport, installation, staff training, testing and commissioning.
